ContentSteps is an application developed by Solopreneur Systems. Text inputs for content generation (titles, topics, values, post type, category, outline, structure, length)

“Micro Steps” inputs (e.g., context, audience, key message, call to action)

Files uploaded for writing style analysis (.txt, .doc, .docx, .pdf)

AI-Generated Outputs

Generated hooks and generated content (LinkedIn posts, short/long posts, micro-posts)

System and Usage Data

AI model configuration (administrator settings)

System messages displayed to users

Standard web logs: IP address, browser type, activity timestamps (collected by the underlying Base44 platform)

2. How We Collect Personal Information

Directly from you: During registration, profile updates, and when entering data into content generation steps.

File uploads: When you upload documents for writing style analysis.

Automatically: Through app usage (e.g., content generation tracking, system logs).

AI Model Providers

When you generate content, inputs and profile context (e.g., persona, writing style) are securely transmitted to third-party AI providers:

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Perplexity AI, Groq, xAI (Grok), Fireworks AI
This is done solely to generate requested content.

Base44 Platform

User data, profiles, generated content, and system settings are hosted on the Base44 platform, which powers the application.

Payment Processors

ContentSteps does not store credit card details. Subscription and payment processing is handled by a payment gateway (Stripe). We may share transaction confirmations to verify subscription status.

5. International Data Transfers

As ContentSteps uses cloud infrastructure and integrates with global AI providers, your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where these providers operate.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Security measures are provided by the Base44 platform and include authentication, encryption, and access controls.
